Which cameras does it work with?
Most Wi-Fi indoor cameras that can share their video on your home network, including common models from the big camera brands. After you reserve, we will ask which cameras you have and confirm yours work before anything ships — and refund you in full if they do not.
What happens if I cancel?
You email us, we refund the $35, that is the whole process. You can cancel any time before your hardware ships, for any reason.
Where does my footage live?
Your raw footage is securely routed to our encrypted cloud servers for processing and deletes itself entirely on a rolling basis. It is never viewed by human eyes. The finished weekly summaries are the only thing that survives, and they live safely in the app on your phone.
What does the subscription actually cover?
$12.99 a month covers the app, secure cloud processing and backup of your finished summaries so a lost phone does not mean lost films, and sharing with family. It starts when your device ships, not when you reserve.
What happens to my summaries if I stop paying?
Every summary you already have is yours to keep. You can download them all to your phone or computer at any time. If you stop paying, backup and new weekly summaries pause — and pick back up if you return.
