1. What you're buying today
Your $35 payment is a refundable reservation for one Glimpse device at the founder price of $399. It is not a purchase of the device itself; the device does not exist as a shipping product yet.
2. The reservation payment
The $35 is charged to your card today (not merely authorized) and is credited in full against the $399 balance when your device ships. The remaining balance of $364 is charged only at shipping, and we will email you before charging it.

3. Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel your reservation at any time before your device ships, for any reason, by emailing [contact email]. We will refund the full $35 to your original payment method within [X] business days. If we determine your cameras are not compatible, we will refund you in full without you needing to ask.

5. Price and subscription
The founder price of $399 is locked by your reservation. The app, secure cloud processing, and backup of your summaries cost $12.99/month, starting when your device ships — never before. Summaries you have already received remain yours and downloadable if you cancel the subscription; backup and new weekly summaries pause until you resume.

6. Our right to cancel
